From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the market and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail — no question ever felt too small. What really stood out was how responsive and available they were. Whether it was early morning or late evening, they were always ready to answer our questions and guide us through each next step. We can’t thank Arbor Lux enough for helping us buy our first home. From the very first showing to closing day, they were incredibly communicative and always made time for us, whenever we wanted to see a property, they were there, no matter how last-minute the request. What really set them apart was how informative they were. They knew the specs and history of every house we looked at inside and out, and they never just told us what we wanted to hear. When we asked for honest feedback, we got it, even when it wasn’t the answer we were hoping for. That kind of straight-shooting honesty is rare in this business, and it’s exactly what you want when you...

He negotiated exactly in line with my needs, walked me through the entire home-buying process with incredible patience, and explained every detail so clearly that I always felt confident in my decisions. One thing that stood out was his responsiveness — no matter the time of day, early morning or late at night, Abiel always made sure urgent matters were handled quickly and thoroughly. I’ve worked with several real estate agents before and thought I had seen some great ones - until now. Working with Abiel and Rahel was such an incredible experience. They walked us thoughtfully through every step with patience and grace, never rushing us and always making sure we felt comfortable and informed. This is our second home, and the difference between our first experience and this one is truly like day and night. Thank you so much, Abiel and Rahel, for everything you’ve done for us. Abiel and Rahel at Arbor Lux were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better realtors and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Rahel and Abbie are an exceptional husband and wife real estate team whose kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly set them apart. When I reached out to them, they immediately took action, it was even on a Sunday and connected me with a broker who helped secure my home in less than a month. Throughout the entire process, they were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Even though I was very picky with homes, they never made me feel rushed or difficult; if Rahel wasn’t available, her husband stepped in without hesitation, making sure I always felt cared for. Their teamwork, compassion, and commitment made a stressful time so much...

I had the pleasure of working with the Arbor Lux team on a home I was selling in Marysville. They did an excellent job representing their buyer and helped make the transaction smooth from start to finish. They were collaborative, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with. I always appreciate agents who communicate well and work together to get the deal done. I also have to give them a shout-out for their social media presence. They do a great job showcasing the homes they sell and representing their clients well. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
